There are times when it seems that nothing goes right. Everything is topsy turvy and you don’t know which side is up. The world seems to be caving in at you from all sides.
When this happens there is one simple thing to do.
You find one thing in the confusion and chaos, one piece of paper or one task and you handle that. With one stable point you start to feel more stable and then can move on to the next thing. Before you know it, everything has been completed.
I am sure everyone has also had the experience of spending all day at work and being exhausted when getting home. All you want to do is relax in front of the TV. If you work in front of a computer all day then this is the worst thing to do. Your attention and your space have been restricted to a metre in front of you and you perpetuate this by sitting in front of the box.
What you should do is take a walk, putting your attention out into the environment. Pretty soon your world expands and you feel better. What has happened is that your space has increased. If you have more space then you can be more. Space is linked to being. A bigger being can and does have more space. By creating more space, you expand, you can do more and you can have more. The simple science of “taking a walk”.
