Survey results
In a recent survey, 70% of companies reported some form of employee theft. A lot of companies do not like to announce fraud and theft within their walls so this number is likely to be even higher.
Cyber crime
With cyber crime, people moving and no loyalty to company, everyone is under threat. Leaders have to stand up and start doing something. Somewhat like the recent protests in South Africa, we all have to make a stand against this sense of lawlessness. If something is not done soon it is a matter of not years but months before South Africa is the new Zimbabwe.
