MD and Founder | My name is Kingsley Bye. I am the managing director and founder of Lighthouse Consultants. I am a Chartered Management Accountant, a member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, the Association of Corporate Investigators, the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and the London Business Interruption Association.
I have worked on multiple projects and cases from £10,000 value to multi-billion-pound settlements across the world. I have over two decades internal audit, 15 years forensic accounting and 5 years Business Interruption Insurance claim experience. I have presented as an Expert Witness for both criminal and civil cases and have been involved in major financial crime and money laundering cases. My expertise in data analysis (financial and non-financial) is second to none. I am also a Carbon Accounting expert, integral in implementing and auditing Sustainability reporting. I enjoy music, travelling, photography and videography, cycling and hiking. In addition, I am involved in philanthropic work, especially helping disadvantaged communities in South Africa, participating and funding social betterment campaigns. I am a humanitarian and like to give back to the Community.

Financial Manager | My name is Tracey Gething and I hold a management role overseeing the financial areas of the business as well as being deeply involved in the cases we take on. I’m a stickler for accuracy and details as well as enjoying the creative side of the presentation of our findings.
I love what I do and it’s not what I consider “work”. It’s always….”what is my next challenge?”. Each case is different and provides such a variety and always presents opportunities for learning something new. I get such satisfaction when our work has helped someone with a problem and improved their situation in some way. The culture of the company is one of continuous improvement and I look forward to increasing my abilities and skills on a daily basis. In my spare time I am an avid reader, love gardening, cooking and baking my legendary Christmas biscuits and seeing the beautiful architecture and countryside that is England.

Business Development & Recruitment | My name is Yolanda Mthethwa. I play a role in both business development and recruitment at Lighthouse Consultants. I am responsible for making sales calls introducing our services to both new and existing contacts. helping to expand the company’s network and client base.
In recruitment, I do all the early stages of the hiring process by reviewing CVs provided by the Managing Director, shortlisting qualified candidates, then start with the assessment process. My work ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline while helping to grow the business.

My name is Knara Law. I have been living in the UK for the last thirty years and have arrange of experience, working in schools and supporting others.
